Pro+ DS Soothing Serum 100ml

Great product only pitfall is price

I really enjoy using the DS soothing serum and have been using it for a couple of years. For me it does work and keeps my skin calm, but I'm feeling like everytime I go to repurchase the price has gone up. $115 for 100ml of product is pretty expensive and I'm starting to wonder if I will repurchase again based on this to be honest, which is a shame!

Be careful of subscription policy

There is a minimum 2 orders for any subscriptions - they don't make this clear when you first order (you have to click on the 'Subscription details' pop up before adding to your cart - personally I didn't notice this option as its not an obvious link and even if it was, this essential information shouldn't be hidden in an optional pop up) just be aware of this. Not a good customer experience as my financial situation has changed and I can't cancel it.

Love it

I've been using this serum for about 3 years and it does an amazing job soothing redness and irritation and keeping my dry skin hydrated. As someone with acne prone skin, the products I use are important to me, and I feel confident using this!
