Customer Service will not help me
I ordered two Euro Shams but received one Standard and one Euro. I emailed customer service and received a reply that the message had been received on 1/13/26. It is now 1/17/26 and I have not received any communication on how they plan to rectify the situation. This lag time indicates poor customer service and does not give me a good feeling that they plan to make this right.
