Terrible customer service

I ordered a shirt in my usual size (16.5/34) but the one I received was far too tight. I wanted to return the shirt and order a size up but was told I had to submit several photographs wearing the shirt which would be “reviewed” by “fit experts” and they would decide the next steps, whatever that means. This policy is clearly designed to deter customers from returning a shirt. It deterred me, not just from returning it but also to ever purchase another shirt from Luxire. It is, without doubt, the worst return policy of any online retailer. Luxire should simply state on their website that they don’t accept returns. That would be the honest approach. I gave it one star because otherwise my review cannot be submitted. It deserves no stars.
