Super thick but hard to fit in shoes

Lovely warm and thick socks, but so thick I can only wear them with one pair of my looser boots! Otherwise I'll just wear them around the house.

Superb customer service

I notified customer service that my order arrived wet and in a ripped package. It was a rainy day. I was letting the socks dry and only wanted them to know so maybe packaging could be addressed. They insisted on a prompt replacement of my order. Impressive!
