Received Wrong Order

I received the wrong order. I called and emailed the company multiple times about getting the correct order with no response. I have my own orders to fulfill and am not happy!! I would not recommend anyone ordering from AKDO Prints with this risk, as I see so many other reviews with issues like this, as well as an absolute lack of response!! I am willing to change my review if the issue is rectified. Not a good way to run a business! On the plus side, the order I did receive with my order number on it came in only a couple of days!

Poor Customer Service

I have been ordering from AKDO for a while. Although they are very cost efficient. The customer service is pretty terrible. I never received an important order that I placed on June 30. It was lost by UPS and although AKDO cannot control UPS, they have not responded to my multiple attempts to reach out, via text, messenger, email and commenting on an ad. I have reached out at least 10 times and not one response. I have seen them comment to other people's comments so I know that they have been active on social media. I feel that this is a very unprofessional way to run a business.

Highly unprofessional business—cost me clients.

Extremely disappointed with Akdo Print. The shipping process is incredibly misleading; they printed a shipping label immediately but sat on the package for a week before bringing it to the post office, resulting in a two-week total delivery time. When the product finally arrived, the quality was completely unacceptable. There are spots on the prints missing the necessary powder, making them impossible to press. Their terrible customer service and poor execution directly caused me to lose two of my own top-tier customers. Unreliable and bad business practice.
