The Original, Patented Cool-n-Save AC Misting Kit

Rated this item on shop because I received a request from Shop to do so. Had some issues initially with item but did not reach out to the conpany before rating them. They contacted me to help me resolve my issues, and after some brainstorming and speaking with customer service, it is working as it should. I'm glad they reached out to me, and we were able to get the product working as intended. Would definitely recommend the item and company. Checked temperature after installation and its 5 degrees cooler already, and the unit doesn't seem to be working as hard, and I am looking forward to seeing if this lowers my electric bill. I am grateful to them for trying to help me resolve my inital issue as most companies these days do not.

Works very good but not quite doing a great job. I had to buy additional tubing to make it fit on mmy AC unit. It doesn’t fit in the middle.

Delivery was nit what was explained ordered in plenty of time for the item to be delivered before the need due to wwll ove 100 degree weather however there were numerous delays. Not happy about that reapomae feom company representative was far from polite. That all aside the product works as described and had helped a vreat deal. Maybe sone work on customer service would be my suggestion. Product so far has been great. Actually brings temperature of air down as it promotes. Only reaso for three stars was customer service not product.
