Clean Biotin

Good for my nails.

I started using Biotin for my nails as they were getting ridges in them and slowly getting worse. After about 3 months they started to get better and have taken them ever since.

Biotin for medicinal hair loss...

I have been on immune suppressant drugs and infusions for the past two and a half years, for a serious autoimmune disease. The side effects of these include hair loss. I have always had really thick unruly hair prior to this. Now it's much thinner and feels very fragile, I dread washing it as the amount shed clogs the shower. Anyway, I was looking for something natural to support/ improve hair growth when I saw this from British Supplements. I have heard great things about this company so I felt if biotin was going to help at all I should buy it from there. It's very early days but when washing my hair it definitely feels stronger... I will come back in a couple of months or so to update this review.

Clean Biotin

20days a go I started taking B.S.Clean Biotin to help strengthen my weak flimsy finger nails, their is a small improvement but still a long way to go, all this from many, many years of biting them, so now I’ve added B. S. Own brand of vitamin C, so I have every hope my nails will become strong once again instead of brittle flimsy finger nails, I want to become proud of them instead of being embarrassed, I’m now hoping in 20 more days I’ll start to see the nails I’ve been longing for, another update in another 3 weeks, fingers crossed xx
