Tour Edge's order fulfillment is pretty opaque. After ordering this SW, I got a generic email saying that my order was delayed. No info as to when it might be shipped or when I would next hear from Tour Edge. Now, I ordered a pre-owned driver several days ago and have no information as to when I should expect it. I don't expect Amazon-like speed or service, but I'd like to know approximately when I will receive my orders.
