Morning Tradition

I have to admit, that I had stopped using the mushroom/ cacao mix for another cocoa mix in my morning coffee. What I started to notice was that my fingernails were becoming weak and brittle, tearing easily. My sister had started a turkey tail mushroom supplement and had great success with it. I remembered that I had the 8 mushroom cacao mix in which turkey tail mushroom is but one of the ingredients. After putting it iny coffee every morning, I noticed my nails were getting stronger and less brittle. On that finding, I ordered a couple more bags of the cacao mix. Will continue!
