I wanted to take a moment to shout out the customer service team at Branded Bills. I received a hat as a gift that had a very small tear in it. After attempting to return / replace online I ran into a small roadblock. When I called the customer service team at BB I spoke with Ethan who was extremely helpful and walked me through the process with ease. BB ended up sending me a brand new hat (of my choice) that was shipped without issue or damage. I also want to shout out Breanna in customer service who helped in the process as well. For someone who manages a team of CS representatives, I was blown away at the professionalism of each member along with the ease of my return process. Not only does BB provide a good product but they have a team that will ensure you are 100% satisfied. Well done!
