I give it a three stars because I’m still a fan of the company and the material of the hat is high quality. When I saw the picture I thought the front of the hat would stand up tall and stiff. The VA patch even looks fairly proportionate to the space on the front. When I received the hat the front was more flattened, leaned back, not as tall as it looks in the picture and the patch was much smaller than I was hoping for. I filed for a return and haven’t gotten a response.

Very good quality hat and I love the design
