Kinn sent the wrong size. They said they’d mail me the correct length after I shipped back the incorrect one, but refused to insure the return. They said I can pay for return shipping + insurance if I wanted the one I ordered. Sadly I’m not willing to take the risk returning without insurance and refuse to pay for it as it’s not my mistake. The necklace is pretty but not what I ordered.
