Everything I expected!

This is my first bowl from the Dharma Shop and from customer service answering my questions quickly to the fast processing of my order to finally the actual bowl itself, it was a great experience. I did order the standard red mallet separately and with it was able to achieve a consistent D note.

A useful tool

I bought this to give as a gift but ended up keeping it myself because the bowl was not as ‘finished and polished’ as I had expected. The sound is great and the ability to hold it by the base does make it a wonderful tool though. I did expect better quality for the price.
