Hi, I wrote the two star review. I am unable to delete that with this updated review. The company reached out to offer me a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and the suction is substantially better. It still doesn’t fit on my 5.5 inch bowl even though the bottom of the bowl size exceeds the diameter of the suction, but I love using it even as a holder underneath. The sound is much more rich than holding the bottom with my hand which I had been doing. I can’t recommend the company enough. They saw my earlier review and took the initiative to reach out and make sure that I was happy in the long run. I will be a long term customer and see the value in this product as well.

Pros and cons… USE: 8 inch metal singing bowls completely smooth. PROS -love the ease of being able to hold jr underneath without holding it in palm. -when used to hold it underneath instead of palm it makes a slightly richer sound. CONS -even when it is pressed with a lot of pressure and seems to be secure it has fallen on my head when held like the photo upside down. -5 inch metal bowl doesn’t work with it. -must use with extreme caution as it is hard to get it completely secure or know when it is secure enough not to come lose.
