The Lucy Songbird Keepsake Urn in Bronze

I really appreciated the fast delivery - shipped next day, then just the UPS time. The "Lucy" urn itself is solid and has a rubber ring on the bottom to prevent slipping. The carving of the bird detail isn't the best, it's shallow and somewhat sketchy looking, but from a distance it's lovely. There were no tools for filling or instructions so I contacted the CS line. They were nice but not much help. I have ordered cremation jewelry from Oaktree (via Amazon) in the past and they came with a funnel, small screw driver and glue. The jewelry has been great, and great quality. It surprised me that the "Lucy" keepsake urn wasn't as great. Still good, but not as excellent as expected.
