Definitely a 5-star rating, both for the company, and, for the product. Very responsive company. I had questions before purchasing and they were quick and coherent in their responses. Ordering was painless and non-confusing (doesn't hurt that pricing is very competitive!). Shipping was fast. Product is top-shelf quality! It is obvious to me that this company is a focused company (that's good!): customer interface is easy, quick, coherent. Product presentation is clear and concise. Lots of useful and well laid-out instructions. If you have questions, they are available with answers. Product is of good quality- nothing marginal with these guys. If my review seems a bit 'too positive', consider this: I am a retired remodeling carpenter/contractor with over 50 years experience, tools on. I've dealt with many companies in those 50+ years. Some were bad, most are OK, a few were notably good, and a very few were stellar. I place ProLux in the upper tiers of ranking.
