I’ve been a fan of these filters ever since trying them years ago. They offer a better drip rate than the Hario V60 (slightly slower flow), and they have a similar capacity to the Chemex (1–4 cups) while being noticeably faster than Chemex filters. For me, they strike the perfect balance between brew speed and capacity. Just note: these filters are only compatible with the Cafec Deep Dripper. They won’t work with any other dripper designs.
