Good strong motor

Installation was easy enough, even though there was no way I was going to flip the trike upside down. The 16" tire is very hard to inflate since the spokes are so close together and the stem just barely sticks out of the rim. The PAS system is not traditional - you can't just set it for a speed and pedal. I've tried all five setting options and the motor still seems to have a mind of its own, starting and stopping unexpectedly. The throttle, however, is fantastic, so that's all I use. The brakes squeaked badly until I cleaned the rim with isopropyl alcohol. Enjoying it now very much.

Unfortunately my install was not easy, on Trek DS 8.6. the thick disc brake would rub against my suspension fork. Had a bike shop install the wheel for me, seems they fixed it with more washers. Have the Swytch Go+ on my mountain bike, thought I would try E-Switchy on my hybrid bike for higher peak power on steep hill rides. PLUSES: Battery design makes it look less like an e-bike, lockable easy removeable battery, top speed is higher, can climb steeper hills, more customization via app, came with a new tire already installed, no finicky cadence sensor, USB port to charge phone, wireless display, ships faster, comes with everything so no optional upgrade part purchases. MINUSES: Motor is louder, cannot select climb mode on lcd display so I have to use phone app or many + presses on lcd display or use throttle, was hard to find the iOS app it's name/link was not in manuals/website and e-switchy was not set as a search term in iOS app store listing. I am happy with my purchase.

So far installation was easy I haven't had chance to actually ride it, I'm having trouble with the LCD display would like some detailed instructions
