I had a very disappointing experience with RPM Tesla and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them. The product quality is extremely poor. Nearly every piece I received had serious fitment issues, making installation frustrating and in some cases impossible without modification. This is not a minor defect situation — it’s clear the products are not properly quality-checked before being sold. What made the experience worse was their customer service. As soon as I reached out requesting replacement parts for the defective items, they completely stopped responding. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing. That kind of behavior speaks volumes. To be completely honest, these appear to be generic products sourced from Chinese suppliers and resold at a significant markup. Overall, poor quality, poor support, and not worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
