I like the tea, has a great taste. It definitely has me running to the bathroom, so much that its kind of had me rethinking my days on if I should go out anywhere because when that feeling hit, its like "move ive got to go!!" As far as weight-loss, I haven't really noticed much

I have enjoyed the tea thus far. I have had no cramping prior to going to the bathroom. It is easy on the stomach and the taste is not bad at all. I can't say I have seen much weight loss but it has definitely helped with the bloating. I will try again soon.
