Lacquer Remover Pump

Terrible Product

This pump does not work. After 20 minutes of me and my husband attempting to make it function, I google it and saw that many, many other people had the same issue. Most said Londontown haven’t them a new one. I have to remove the pump completely to use the remover. So, I made the same request offering to return the one I have and they said they had no record of me buying it. That is BS I have at least 25 or more of their nail products. I can also see my points with them online. I’m thinking of switching to a competitor because clearly my purchase history is not important to them.

My first order of this pump, it didn’t work. Customer service was super nice and replaced it. The replacement worked. My next order included another pump, it doesn’t work either! No, I didn’t call customer service bc I was so busy with my sister’s estate (still am). Time slipped by and “return” time had passed. So, now I have two of these that don’t work. Of those, ONE was replaced. If you are fortunate enough to receive one that works, good for you! You will love it. I would love it if I had more that actually worked. If you are like me; you could end up frustrated with pumps that don’t work. It would be wonderful if manufacturer would fix the defect.
