Vitamin D3 & K2

I think these work but not sure what difference I’m meant to see or feel but I still take them. Important fact they absorb better with fats so nuts are a good snack before taking them

Good to find a supplier of quality supplements The quality is excellent and of a strength to actually deliver the stated supplement vitamin rather than other the often negligible amounts found in other ( often cheaper) available products. The monthly renewal system works faultless. Would highly recommend this product and supplier.
