I love this pump! Best suction and love how it’s portable. Unfortunately, the flanges are way to big and I don’t like the silicone inserts, but if you take off the attachments you’re able to use your spectra flanges which has been a lifesaver since they aren’t as bulky as the ones that come with this, but as far as the actual pump itself I can’t say enough great things about it!
