I have a lot of Saltery Salts, and they all, in their own way, make eating more fun. I love the way they change the taste of food. I am the King of taste tests. This Black Garlic is one of my favorites.

Saltery Black Garlic is WONDERFUL!

Just love these Saltery products. I used Black Garlic to enhance Marinated Salmon on Toast. The taste with the marination was excellent!

Tasted different than last time

Less flavor than my last order. Not quite worth the high price.
