Not even exchange

I was under the impression that if these shoes that claim to work with AFOs don't fit then you could exchange them or receive your money back. This was all very misleading/ posable in a fine print some where... I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and they did not fit my daughter's AFOs even though I measured them and not her foot because they are bigger than her foot. The length was fine and I know this because I could push the top of her AFO and squeeze the sides and it fit inside. The top of the shoes were not allowing any flex/ stretch. If I wanted any where close to a full refund, I had to swap for a larger size and I still had to pay some extra money. Do not purchase if you have to play the guessing game and can't afford an additional charge or get shorted some money for any kind of change. I didn't like the lack of clear transparency on any of my purchase experience. I do not have any pictures due to returning shoes.
