Unfortunately Frustrated

I generally don’t have trouble ordering these for my son. However, this time the AFO brace will not sit inside the right shoe (it’s a different brace than what we’ve had in the past). I have been working with Loleta on trying to get the proper shoe. It appears I need a size 7 to fit the brace. How do I return either the pair I bought or just the one right shoe? His back up pair won’t last much longer. I need a resolution asap. Thank you!

Great Product

We love Billy shoes for my son who has to wear AFOs. It’s makes getting dressed in the mornings that much easier. And I love that it has zippers, so he can be a little bit independent when putting in his shoes.

Great shoe with limited color options.

These are great for my son’s shoe orthotics. The zipper is great for his independence. I wish there were more stylish boy options similar to popular Nike brands. He is a teen with a small foot due to his disability.
