OK, But Doesn't Keep Ice Frozen

I like this design, although it is a little bigger than I was expecting. The disappointing thing is that it doesn't keep ice frozen as well as some of the other designs. I was very disappointed to have all the ice melted in the morning when I am used to having ice last all night in my water bottles.

Amazing costumer service!

We bought a simple, modern tumbler at Walmart for school, and the lid broke within a month. I reached out to SM, and they sent a new tumbler very quickly. They even offered us a few color options, and my daughter was able to choose her favorite. We received the replacement in less than a week. I will continue to buy this brand of tumblers because of their great quality, but mostly because of their excellent customer service.
