I couldn’t wait to use my pot.when it arrived. I used this and thought it was genius. Why hadn’t anyone thought to do this. I am considering buying the larger pot for my seafood broil dine you have to pour out all the broth when it done but the seafood of all sizes and shapes would stay put in the pot, Loved it. I recommend buying this pot,

Replaced a much used favorite

We got this as a gift about five years ago. We use it at least once a week. When it began to show signs of wear, we bought another one immediately. Very satisfied with it.
