High Quality, Not Right for My Dog

The quality in this product is undeniable. I have had to buy several different carriers, and the sturdi-bag just feels like a high-quality piece of luggage. However, due to the semi-circular design, the bag is far too cramped for my 8-pound Shih-tzu/Bichon to be comfortable in it. She is a fearful dog and she absolutely refused to go in it. I ended up buying something much taller and that opened from the top.

I had a hard time finding a small carrier. Found one here. Ofc, the color I ordered wasn’t in stock. They reached out with the options on what colors they had in stock. Thank goodness they had a small!
