White (Tie) Bonnet

Took over a month to get product. I order 4 bonnets and got 1 that i ordered and 3 random ones. Finally got a message from customer service saying the other ones i ordered are out of stock. However, there is no mention of them being out of stock on their website and are still available to purchase. Also, nowhere does it state that if what you ordered is out of stock they will auto substitute. If they would have messaged me saying they were out of stock i would have chosen different ones or canceled the order. Now i am stuck with these bonnets and waiting to see about a refund. Who knows when i will get a response. This is the only one i got that i actually ordered

I bought 2 and some scrunchies. Absolutely love them. Great fit and comfortable.
