Department 56 is a wonderful company to deal with.

Bulbs did light in my rocking horse toy workshop. I tried for 6 months to get a bulb to light. I tried a 5 watt bulb but it did not light. Then I stumbled on the fact that the house required a 3 watt bulb and the only place to purchase it was from Dept. 56. That is what led me to ordering it from your website.
