I am rating a 3-star, because there is nothing wrong with the product itself. Bulbs arrived in just under one week with no damage, however they did not make it before Christmas. Original style bulbs, no issues in merchandise or receiving. Only issue I had was the (in my opinion) exorbitant shipping cost. These things were tiny... minuscule really, and honestly would have gone with a First-class stamp in a check-size envelope. But even in the small 5” Manila fold-over envelope they were sent in, you charged an outrageous, $9 shipping! This is a ripoff, as you well know, and an abuse to the public to my thinking. Had I not wanted them so quickly ~before~ Christmas and my guest arrival, I never would have bought them directly from Dept. 56 given an immediate alternative. Unfortunate that Dept, 56 feels it necessary to gouge the Public in these replacement parts and particularly the shipping.

I've looked for years to find these replacement bulbs for a house of lloyds christmas decoration! Then a friend said try dept 56, I ordered the smallest bulb they had, and it worked. Very happy!

Not all the bulbs I have received work…. However, I am never really sure if the bulbs are bad or if my aging “photo with Santa “ is being temperamental. Thank you for providing the replacement bulbs for this item!
