Black Battery Box-uses 2 C batteries

I only have 5 collectors pieces; all are from Department 56. I ordered these 5 battery boxes (also from Department 56) because my shelf doesn’t have an outlet. I was so excited to turn on my little set!! After delivery, I added batteries to all 5 boxes and took to set them up. I was disappointed when I learned that not all cords on the pieces themselves are the same. Out of my five piece set, I could only use one battery pack. I recognize that is my responsibility to know my product!! A small heads up on the site when purchasing the battery packs world have been nice; but still, I own my part in choosing to order without doing my due diligence. My real frustration comes from reaching out to Department 56 afterwards and never getting a response. With a company that’s been around as long as they have, I would have hoped they could have some form of customer service.

We are pleased with the Black Battery Box. We somehow misplaced one and needed a replacement. We also need a power supply for the Knife Thrower. We’d like to put in a futures order since you are sold out of this as of now.
