GGS and Tech Support are trash

I finally saved up to get a “pro” level setup, only for there to be NO on/off switch capability from the app. I’ve reached out to tech support from Spider Farmer, and I’ve received very automated and off topic troubleshooting points. They also sent me a stock photo asking if my setup is plugged in similarly, (which is the SAME photo in the instruction manual, which I followed to a T the first time around.) So I unplugged and replugged everything back in JUST AS THE PHOTO. Also checked for updates, power issues, breakers, blah blah blah. And when none of that helped, they’ve left me high and dry for over a week now. Now my plants are DEAD and I am LIVID. Technology is only worth it, if it works. I’ll be disappointingly going back to classic timers. And I sure as hell won’t let anymore nonsense hype get me again.

Fantastic Product. I can simulate Dawn to dusk. With sunrise to sunset. My crop is thriving. No need to fret or take time to manually control the light cycles. (If there is loss of power to location, make sure you set the time to current, it is memory adaptive with time sets, but the current time will need to be reset to real time) It controls a single SF4000, in a 4x4 grow tent. Only maintenance needed is adjustment of height from plants as the grow process requires. It runs off 24 hr time, so set accordingly. Again, super please, def a solid purchase. Highly recommended.
