A little upset at first on taking 2 months to receive an item. But Erik explained it was out of their hands, it was on Migros end. He was kind to offer me a discount on my next order when I asked about one since I was happy with my previous products n delivery times. Good customer service. Will continue business with them.

Incorrect advice

Provided tech support with light model # etc. the recommended the wrong light adaptor. New in box unopened they would not accept a return. Buy elsewhere

WHILE THE PRODUCT WORKS AS ADVERTISED THE WEBSITE THROUGH WHICH I MADE THE PURCHASE NEEDS WORKS. THE ORIGINAL PROMISE WAS FOR THE PRODUCT TO ARRIVE WITHIN 5 WEEKS. 15 WEEKS LATER IT FINALLY ARRIVED AFTER 2-3 LAME EXCUSES GIVEN BY MR ERIC. THIS DELAY AND THAT DELAY IS ALL OUR OF OUR HANDS. I WOULD CHOOSE A DIFFERENT VENDOR NEXT TIME. THANKS FOR NOTHING
