Love the machine just wish the rolls were not so expensive

Terrible experience. Do not order from them.
It wasn't what we thought we were getting. We thought the packing bubbles would be inflated already like in the pictures of the product, but they were not. We put in for a return and refund on the day that we received our order, so within their 7 day policy, and heard nothing back. I emailed and heard nothing back. No we are out $165.
