Very small. Unusable except for crayons

I placed this & 3 other items on order 5/24 for my son's bday. He was so excited when we received a package however it was only 2 magnetic bookmarks and no water bottle or pencil case. The customer service # goes straight to voicemail and I've sent a few emails. They said it was shipped however I have documentation showing only the 2 $4 bookmarks were shipped and the remaining items ($55 worth plus $23 in expedited shipping charge) has not arrived. I've sent more emails and still waiting for resolution. Communication from this company is very poor. My son is still waiting for the items he was so excited about.
