Warrior Cats Icon Water Bottle

Low quality item and long shipping time. Ordered this water bottle on Dec 10, hoping it would arrive in time as a Christmas present. No update to the shipping status for a week, and after sending several emails I received a response that this would ship directly from the manufacturer...in the UK. Finally shipped on Dec 27, received in the US on Jan 5. The quality of the image printing done by the "manufacturer" onto the bottle is extremely poor and low-resolution. The bottle itself is fine. It's made in China of course, not the UK.

I placed this & 3 other items on order 5/24 for my son's bday. He was so excited when we received a package however it was only 2 magnetic bookmarks and no water bottle or pencil case. The customer service # goes straight to voicemail and I've sent a few emails. They said it was shipped however I have documentation showing only the 2 $4 bookmarks were shipped and the remaining items ($55 worth plus $23 in expedited shipping charge) has not arrived. I've sent more emails and still waiting for resolution.
