This hot sauce is excellent! I can really taste the ipa flavor. I love the heat as well. I finished this sauce in less than a week. Will be buying again in the future.

Great balance and flavor. Yes, you get the Topper finish profile. The really cool thing is you can taste the individual ingredients and it's not overly hot. Where the odds and ends, can fix that. Curious, if from a single farm, or from a blend from others. Seems to my taste, not a single farm. Sharing my thoughts
