I wasn’t aware there was a return/exchange option on the website (oops), but Megan didn’t miss a beat. She didn’t redirect me or make it a chore—she jumped right in and helped. She asked how my husband likes his shirts to fit, took his measurements into account, and recommended a better size. She even explained the darting in the shirts in case he needed extra room. Not only was she lightning fast in her responses, but she followed up with me before I even had a chance to check in. And the tone? Friendly, fun, like we were two pals out shopping together—not some stiff customer service script. And let’s talk about the shirts themselves—chef’s kiss.
