This has changed my life for the better and in so many ways. I struggle with ADD and also struggle with a lot of over stimulation… I needed help as I was swimming in my thoughts, my notes, and catching up, spinning my wheels. This system just breaks it down, condenses things, and she does a wonderful job at making you feel human and normal during the process as well. I love being organized, and this is the holy grail.
