Meze Audio Empyrean II Headphone

Amazing headphones and amazing customer service

Full transparency, I do not consider myself a die-hard audiophile but I do enjoy listening to different pairs of headphones and IEMS casually. The Meze Empyrean 2s are by far the most comfortable pair of headphones I own, they are the only pair of mine that I do not find myself constantly adjusting to relieve pressure, of all my headphones they also sound the fullest, most detailed, and they are the most beautiful. I could go on about them but what is debatably more important to me was the customer service I received when I placed my order, I knew meze couldn't ship to APO addresses so I ordered these from here thinking they had them on hand, unfortunately they did not but instead of just cancelling the order Rob took it upon himself to make sure that my order was fulfilled routing the shipping from meze to his company so he could then send them directly to me. the 5 star review is for the Empyrean 2s but if I were to review my entire purchasing experience 5 stars would not be enough.
