The Customer Service Team is Top Notch

I had a problem with a previous order and the customer service team got right back to me and told me they would arrange for a new pair (Different model) to be sent to me as soon as possible. I picked out a new boot and received them within the week! The Hero in Mustang color are outstanding. Excellent fit and outstanding look. I'm a very happy customer.

Narrow, but beautiful!

I was actually surprised by the quality of the leather and the comfort of the sole! Toward the end of the first day my feet were throbbing due to them being so narrow. I used a hairdryer to stretch the tight areas, and by the 4th time wearing them they became much more comfortable-now my favorite dress boot!
