After shave balm - La Poire Française

Balms and splash

Lucky to have found this company. I ordered some samples before I placed an order for after shaves and the splash. I emailed to ask about what methods people normally use etc and someone from the company let me know and even told me how they use the product themselves. The texture and quality of the balms is amazing. They are thick but not greasy or heavy feeling. They keep your face moisturized all day The scent does not last all day (I think it might with the splash?) and I prefer it that way. I chose lime (very tropical, Hemingway drinking daiquiris, old school), navigateur (fresh, salty?, citrus, cold windy sea), and kraken (somewhere between the two?). And I think they’re all brilliant for different moods/weather/etc. I blindly bought Poire scent and think I should’ve maybe tried Costa instead. That’s my only gripe and really it’s my fault not theirs. The pear scent is nice and sweet but also has sort of a baking spice or pastry shop sort of scent? Maybe more of a fall scent.

Wonderful scent and a high quality balm. Couldn’t be happier.

Scent was not for me but the quality of this product is VERY high.
