Remedy Trauma Shears

I didn't get the exact shears I ordered and TecMed won't respond to emails

I ordered Trauma Shears (6 pairs) and Xshears (3 pairs). I received the 3 Xshears and 6 pairs of shears with black steel, and not the silver steal. I can't review them, because I have no idea which shears they are. They look like someone sprayed them with Rustoleum to make them black. Rough and cheesy feel to them. TechMed won't respond to my email, so I've moved on to other vendors.
