missing info & extra parts

Overall it seems to be a functional kit with very simplistic instructions for the cuff. The stethoscope came with zero information. The kit came with a small bag of extra parts I have no idea what to do with. I am left wondering if it is working properly because of the extra parts and lack of info. should it be 3 stars?
