Tea sitting at DHL customs clearance Leipzig for 5 days

I cannot understand why Dilmah works with DHL out of Sri Lanka for purchases in Europe. DHL is expensive and very inefficient. Following the order 10 days ago, Dilmah did dispatch the package immediately, but it has since been sitting for 5 days in German customs at DHL. All this for 20 euros "express" fee. Dilmah, get your act together and establish a proper EU distribution system. Your tea would be worth it. Until then: no further purchases from me.
