A dangerously designed ring that comes with a customer service nightmare. After wearing the ring twice, it became completely misshapen due to the softness of the metal. It is so delicate and sharp that the ring sliced my knuckle when taking it off. I contacted the company who told me there must be a manufacturing defect to explain the softness and that they had never had this issue in years of making it and that I'd need to send it back to be evaluated. After spending 45$ to send it back they sent me pictures of "deep scratches" on the interior, blamed me for excessive wear and tear and provided no customer service related to my complaints. They asked me to pay more money for 'repairs'...How will they repair the wrong karat of metal used? I will never make the mistake of buying anything from this company again in the future. I have been disappointed in every single interaction.
