So in love with my purchase

Im super upset on how this came. It has scratches all over pendant and looks like if material is old. This was suppose to be a mothers day gift for my mother who recently lost her father to cancer. Dont get me wrong everything else i ordered was amazing i love it but, this particular item that was suppose to be special came all damaged

I am returning the merchandise. The picture is off centered and one person is cut out a Waste Of Time. It was a Mother’s Day gift. It will be returned.
