The coat looks great. Exceptional design! Sizing was really hard to do online. It fits my son better and he is six inches taller than me.

This is my first time owning a coat of this style and now that I have it, I don't know what took me so long! The Structured Vegan Wool Coat by Will's is equal parts stylish, cosy, and warm. Perfect for a London winter.

The whole service worked really well. I was unsure about the sizing and so contacted the company who gave me intelligent advice based on what I told them and advised me to get a smaller size than I would have otherwise picked. The delivery was prompt and properly signposted. And the coat is ace! Perfect fit, elegant, warm, comfortable and seemingly very well made. It’s become my go to outdoor garment this autumn and winter, warm and durable enough to cycle to the pub or shop, elegant enough to be in formal company, cosy enough to be wrapped in sat watching football. It’s not cheap, but it’s well worth it and I hope to use it for years. Thank you.
